Welcome to your AI Coach

This is a private AI coach trained on the TPO Method, the Clarity Mirror Method, and the 3Cs of Branding. Built to coach you the way I would on a Zoom call.

Before we start, you'll need to create a free Anthropic account and get an API key. The coach uses your account so your conversations stay private and you only pay for what you use.

  • Setup takes about 5 minutes
  • You'll need a credit card (most students load $5 to start)
  • Your key stays on your device — I never see it
  • You only pay Anthropic for what you actually use

    • COST HEADS-UP: Most students spend $2-5/month on coaching at normal use. Heavy users hit $10-15. You're in control.

    Create your Anthropic account

    Anthropic is the company that makes Claude, the AI behind your coach. You're creating a developer account so you can use their API.

    When asked, choose "I want to build with the API" (not Claude.ai)

    Add credits to your account

    Anthropic uses pay-as-you-go pricing. You add credits, the coach uses them when you chat. No subscription, no surprises.

    Inside Anthropic Console, click Plans & Billing in the left sidebar

    Click Add payment method and enter your card

    Click Buy credits — start with $5 to test, you can add more anytime

    Optional: turn on Auto reload so you don't run out mid-coaching

    Generate your API key

    Your API key is like a password that lets the coach talk to Claude using your account.

    In Anthropic Console, click API Keys in the left sidebar

    Click Create Key in the top right

    Name it Frantz AI Coach and click Create

    A long string starting with sk-ant- appears. Copy it now — you can't see it again after closing

    Paste your key & start coaching

    Privacy promise Your key is saved only in your browser's local storage on this device. It never touches my server. It's not logged, not tracked, not shared. You can delete it anytime with the "Settings" button in the coach.
